Georgine,
That name sounds familiar, was she the second wife of Conrad Homstad? Any Homstad is a relative to me somewhere down the line, so any photos, or info that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
-Jay B. Homstad Jr.

Hi Georgine,
I just wanted to let you know that I searched this morning for a brother to Adolph Cleem. I looked for a Cleem that was born either side of 1856 in the hope I might find him in Kittson. We now have a database of over seventy-five thousand people connected with Kittson County but I had no luck. Maybe the brother came to the County, married, then died before he ever showed up on a census? Would it be worthwhile to check all the Cleems and look for a female with that name that is not, repeat NOT connected with any of the other local Cleems. Could she lead us to the elusive brother?
I also went on Ancestry.com and tried to locate Adolph in Germany in the hope I could find him on a census with the rest of the family. That way we might learn his name. Got nothing.
I tried - sorry, the brick wall is still standing. I will keep the Cleem name in mind and if I stumble across anything interesting I will let you know.
Glenn
