- I stumbled upon Ed Merck's excellent website doing family genealogy on my Jerome side of my family. Mr. Merck's work on the Jerome family brought all my questions together and am eternally grateful to him. Mr. Merck and I share a common ancestor; Martin JEROME St. Mathe who is my 6X great grand father.
