Olof (Olofsson) Norland

Born 06 Feb 1849 in Sveg, Harjedalen, Sweden. Died 23 Dec 1913 in Lancaster, Minnesota.

One of the first settlers in Kittson County. He came with his brother Henry and half brother Erick Erickson. Upon arriving in the United States, all 3 brothers dropped their original surnames of Olofsson and Erickson and adopted the name Norland.
